I had an issue with my slide not coming in. I called Desert RV to see if they did mobile repair, and even though they had a full day they fit me in so I could get on the road. Loren and Ben were very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. Not only did Loren fix the problem, he explained everything so I could understand my electrical system and what the problem was. I would highly recommend! It is very hard to find RV mechanics like this, especially on the road.
